J. Meckel II Senior
Managing Director, Co-founder Co-founder of Marque Millennium Group in 1990.
Previously, Bill was at J. & W. Seligman & Co for 17 years. He was a
member of the 6-person management committee, responsible for a diversified
investment firm that included investment management, mutual fund marketing, and
brokerage. He has been a member of the American and Boston Stock Exchanges,
chairman of the New York District of the Securities Industry Association, member
of the NASD District Business Conduct Committee, a member of the NYSE Specialty
Firms Advisory Committee, and director of the SIA-NY Economic Education
Foundation. He is president and director of the Brown University Club in New
York. A graduate of Stuyvesant High School in New York City, Bill has an A.S.
from Brown University and a J.D. from Fordham Law School

John
assists in the monitoring of client portfolios and the marketing of the
firm’s investment strategy. He
has extensive experience in the trading and analysis of the behavior of
equity securities. He was a
senior manager at a New York Stock Exchange floor broker, a senior vice
president and head of over-the-counter trading at Invesco, a senior trader
at Dean Witter/Morgan Stanley Asset Management, and prior to that, at J.&
W. Seligman & Co., where he worked with Bill Meckel, a founder of Marque
Millennium. John earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics at St. Anselm College
in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Kris Kaufman Director
of Quantitative Research Kris has been associated with Marque Millennium
Capital Management since 1995. From 1988 he has been president and chief
executive officer of Parallax Financial Research. Prior to that he was senior
staff geophysicist at Sierra Geophysics, which was a subsidiary of Halliburton.
He has lectured on and published a variety of articles on behavioral finance,
covering such topics as chaos theory, neural networks and non-linear cycles in
financial markets, in addition to the geophysics of underground nuclear
explosions, seismic wave propagation, and the tidal triggering of earthquakes.
Kris has a B.S. in Math and Physics from the University of Colorado. Douglas
C. Frick Consulting
Director of Information Technology Doug has been associated with Marque Millennium
Capital Management since 1995. From 1988 he has been vice president, operations
for Parallax Financial Research. Prior to that he was manager of software
engineering at Sierra Geophysics. He specializes in the integration and
automation of large software programs, using diverse but related databases.
Doug has a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Washington and an M.Sc. in
information and computer sciences from the University of Hawaii. Ronnie Moas Consultant to Marque
Millennium
President and Director of Research at
Standpoint. The company
currently advises and sells its research to pension strategist
at Herzog Heine Geduld. He was
responsible for making sector, industry and stock recommendations, identifying
arbitrage opportunities, options and hedging strategies. Ron
has developed a 155-variable equity valuation and diagnostic model.
The model has since then built an exceptional
track record. He has authored,
published and distributed more than 300 research reports to date. Mr. Moas received a Bachelors degree
in Economics and Business with Honors from the State University of New
York at Stony Brook, and a Masters degree in Finance and Investments from
Baruch College, City University in New York.
Mr. Moas was born in New York and lived in Israel from 1983-1994.
He then returned to New
York after completing a three-year Israeli military service in artillery and
intelligence.
